We are Jeff and Alisha Jermulowske

We are certified Health and Wellness coach's and have a wonderful health and wellness practice on the Hawaii islands and throughout the continental USA.

Our journey started when we started looking for better healthier way of life for us. 

Unbeknownst to us when we met our coaches / mentors David and Terri who have over 20 year experience in building and mentoring in the health and wellness committee. They have been along side us and guided us through our journey of building a thriving health and wellness life style and practice. 

Alisha and I have maintain our optimal weight over these past years. We both sleep better than we ever knew possible. Our energy level allows us to be active all day with very little down time.

We have built a very strong thriving business coaching and mentoring other with their personal health journey. Many of these clients have chosen to come along side us and "Pay it forward" and help us with our mission of getting everyone health.
